  1. Enter the number of respondents from Group 1 providing information to Question X in the "Q1" box. Enter the percent of those respondents providing a particular answer (Yes, No, etc.) in the "P1" box.
  2. Enter the number of respondents from Group 2 providing information to Question X in the "Q2" box. Enter the percent of those respondents providing a particular answer in the "P2" box.
